What Mneno provides
Mneno offers reflective conversations, self-paced Guides, Steps, and Insights. You can begin as a guest without an account. Mneno is for reflection, not therapy, diagnosis, or crisis support. For urgent help, contact local emergency services or someone you trust.
Plans, prices, and access
The website lists a free way to begin and Mneno Plus at €9 per month. Plus is described as providing access to the full guided library and Insights. Check the checkout screen for the current price, currency, applicable taxes, plan features, and billing terms before you pay. Access to a purchased plan begins after a successful payment and any required account setup.
Monthly billing and renewal
A monthly Plus subscription renews and is charged each month until canceled. Stripe processes payments. The checkout screen should show the amount and renewal details before you confirm your purchase. Keep your billing information current so your subscription can continue.
How to cancel
To request cancellation, write to us from the email address used for your subscription before your next renewal. We will confirm the cancellation and your access end date. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a payment already made. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for refund requests.

Use Mneno lawfully, provide accurate information when creating an account or purchasing a plan, and do not try to disrupt the service or access another person’s information.
