Information you provide
If you contact us, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit. If you use Mneno, you may provide an email address, account information, conversations, Guide answers, Steps, or other reflections. You choose whether to save progress in a Guide and review context before passing it to the Coach; Guide answers are not shared with the Coach automatically.
How we use information
We use information to provide and maintain Mneno, respond to requests, manage accounts and subscriptions, and address security, billing, and legal obligations. Please do not send payment-card details or information you do not want to share through the contact form.
Payments through Stripe
Stripe processes payments for paid plans and collects the payment and billing details needed for checkout. We may receive information needed to confirm and manage a purchase, such as its status and billing identifiers. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy. Check the details presented at checkout before paying.
Guest data and browser storage
Guest progress may be stored in your browser profile. Anyone with access to that profile may be able to read locally stored information. Clearing browser data may remove that progress. Your browser may also retain preferences such as your language choice.
When information is shared
Payment information is shared with Stripe as needed to process a purchase. Information may also be handled by providers needed to operate the service or disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users. Do not assume a private reflection is anonymous simply because you started as a guest.
Retention and your choices
We retain information as needed to provide the service, handle requests, and meet applicable legal obligations, including billing records. You can use available app controls to manage coaching data. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you, send us a message through the contact form linked above. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
Security and changes
We work to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date above identifies this version.
